History and evolution of a high-altitude valley in Savoie along the 20th century.
Situated in the heart of the village in an ancient Belleville farm, the Belleville Museum retraces 150 years of the history of the Commune of Saint Martin.

From 07/08 to 08/26 : every Wednesday, Friday from 9.30 AM to noon.

This old mill enabled the locals to produce their own flour from rye, barley and oats.
The milling system consists in wheels runned by water. After a complete renovation, the mill opens during the summer season, twice a week, and produces flour again.

Saint Martin de Belleville and its villages harbour an important rural heritage, witness of the traditional yesteryear life.
