♣ THE QUALITY LABEL (in Ibex)

Qualitative criteria allowing your property to be evaluated and thus making the most of its quality. The label is symbolised by Ibex (on a scale of 2 to 5).
The apartment is judged as it is and the label obtained reflects the property as it was found during the visit (free).
To help you with this process, here is a table indicating the criteria at the base of our label system. Please note that only a visit by people ratified by the Tourist Office can lead to a label being awarded.
The suggestions following this visit are aimed at improving the quality of the property in order to obtain a superior label. If the mark obtained does not allow two Ibex to be awarded, this means that the property quality is insufficient and the property is declared without a label.

The classification from 1 to 5 stars, valid for 5 years, corresponds to National norms.
The visit costs 50€.
