3 star Michelin restaurant La Bouitte is the restaurant not to be missed by food connnoiseurs. In a setting evocative of Savoie, chefs René and Maxime Meilleur create modern and inventive cuisine inspired by nature.
Double Michelin-starred since 2008, and classified 3 star since January 2015, it is classified among the " Great Tables of the world " since 2012, La Bouitte was born under the hands of René Meilleur, soon joined by his son Maxime. With four hands, they invented a cuisine indicative of their valley, surrounding lakes and mountains. Today, La Bouitte is recognised as one of the most appealing places in the Alps, for its cuisine, its oenological events and its lifestyle.
