Lac du Lou Refuge
The refuge is situated by the largest lake in the Vallée des Belleville (7ha) which is hidden away in a little valley, away from ski lifts and ski slopes. You will be greeted with a warm welcome, great cuisine and beautiful surroundings.
Ensure warm clothing
Hiking 1/2 day:
Pierre Blanche Lake, 1 hour walk, 300m climb.
Hiking Full day:
Mont Brequin, 4h30 1100m climb, beautiful peak and views on the Maurienne.
La Masse point, 3h.
The refuge is located on the footpath which is also a hiking circuit around the Masse which is possible over 2 days and 2 nights in refuge.
From 28/08/2016 to 30/06/2017, daily.
During the winter, keys are with the guardian. Be careful, avalanche risk during the winter.
From 08/07 to 01/09/2017, daily.
In June and September, groups only upon reservation.
