To help inform our holidaymakers and to show to its best the quality of our furnished accommodation park, we have created an internal quality accommodation label based on qualitative criteria : general aesthetics, comfort and the standard of the equipment and services. After 10 years of existence in the form of Ibex, the label will now be shown as 1 to 5 snowflakes.
Updated every 5 years, it is recognised throughout the Vallée des Belleville. We announced it well in advance, they accompanied us throughout the spring before leaving room for the summer sun : the « quality snowflakes » are now installed in your furnished accommodation ! The aesthetics, style and harmony will be noted by 3 colours : Bronze, Silver and Gold.


The classification by stars « tourist furnished accommodation » can, under certain conditions, give you extra tax benefits. The Sem Renov’ is an organisation accredited for inspection visits and to award the classification decision for La Vallée de Belleville. Cost of the visit in 2013 : 70€ net of all taxes (classification given for a duration of 5 years).
Tax benefits
The revenues from non professional furnished rental accommodation are taxed under the category of Industrial and Commercial Benefits (B.I.C). For a non classified property, the fixed deduction is 50% calculated on a maximum rental income of 32 600€. Classified “Tourist furnished accommodation” benefits from a fixed deduction of 71% for a maximum annual income of 81 500€.
